With its history dating back to the end of the Second World War and the beginning of a new era for wider education, Worcester University of the United Kingdom has started and preserved a culture of excellence and competitiveness. It allows students both locally and internationally to access a high quality education and get guidance from notable academics in fields such as education, business and health and society.

The University of Worcester traces its root to starting in the year 1946; it was focused on training and teaching students in education as it was then called the Emergency Teachers Training College. It was a brilliant idea back then when the world, especially Great Britain was slowly rising from the rubbles of World War II.  After half a century, it opened its doors further and offered studies in the fields of nursing and midwifery; later becoming one of the most competitive schools in the nation in the health and medicine fields. As the 21st century commenced it has helped in the development of innovation in the business field, and has been hoping to mentor many promising business minded students.

With over than half a century of experience and prestige the University of Worcester campus has grown, but continual care and innovation has ensured that it still remains spirited in its notable fields. With over €100 million spent on technology and advancements of the campus it then called forth other institutions such as sport and sports science and the institution of humanity and creative arts. And under the care of more than 1,000 staff, students (now with its continuously growing alumni of 18,000) are assured of quality education without sacrificing security and peace of mind as they come into its knowledgeable walls.

Recent achievements of the University do also add prestige and fame to its already famous name. Several of the numerous achievements are: the most outstanding record in graduate employment; acclaimed by the “The Sunday Times” as one of the only three universities where it is the best place to work; and its grand advancement on campus such as the construction of more science laboratories, environmental testing facilities and experimental flower gardens.
