The best college in Maine on the University Review Rankings is the University of Maine (find out more), placed in the 508 to 568 range in the listing. It is ranked as the 173rd and 445th best college in the US, by the USnews and Forbes, respectively. As the listing ranks are biased towards the bigger colleges it is especially noteworthy that Maine includes many good smaller ‘little Ivies’ schools.
